Like a Diary

In some ways, a blog reminds me of the many diaries I kept as a kid. A blog is, however, open to the public and incites feedback. But I have to wonder–does blogging have the same therapeutic, stress-relieving benefits as actually putting words on paper? According to ShoutMeLoud.com, blogging lets you be a kid again and it does offer the same perks (and more!) as writing it out on paper.
